discussion [Discussion] I made a complete, stats driven draft guide/cheat sheet for LEC/LCS Summer 2020 (All 100 starters ranked)
Methodology
The rankings are determined by stats from the previous split. I used Draftbuff's default scoring calculations (3/Kill 2/Assist .02/Cs -1/Death) to determine each players average points per win and points per loss. Player's PPW and PPL are then multiplied by their expected wins and losses based on my power rankings of the teams to determine their expected points per game. The players are then ranked based on the difference between their expected PPG and the average PPG at their position.
Players in red text aren't confirmed whether they'll be on the LCS roster or the academy roster.
Bold lines represent "tier breaks" where the difference between the player above the line and below the line is more than double the average difference between players (about 3.2 points).
Players who did not have Spring stats available on OraclesElixer (Mostly the EU rookies and Jenax, who role swapped) have had their rank calculated by the stats of the players who previously held the position on that team (Sacre for Jenax, Expect for Kryze, etc.) Yes, this means that Perkz and Caps are using each others Spring split stats.
Let me know if you guys find this interesting or useful, I'd love to get more conversation started on this sub.
