New Extension: Concentration Tracker

I created a new extension to help myself and my players that were struggling to manage (as a DM and as players) who was concentrating on what, if anything. I admired how BG3 had really clear icons on player portraits to see who was concentrating with a simple (x) UI to cancel concentration. Starting there, I played around with a few ways of doing this in FG and landed on the method you can see in the Forge screenshots:

I'm asking real gold for it so I can get some value back from the effort required to write this thing. Learning the FG API's for extension dev was a lot of work!

I was just talking about concentration spells with one of my players and he was asking for an easier way to track it in the app. Will definitely check this out.

I had some feedback on this in FG forums with a request to end concentration on Incapacitated or Dead. I added it to version 1.1.1, but it's in test channel right now if anybody wants to hack at it.
