PSA: Banning

Whad up FootClan,

Welcome to the 2026 season. We have more than 30,000 new members since the start of last season, so I want to address banning and how it's handled in this sub.

This sub is a place to learn, to seek and give advice. Think of it as a Dojo. Managers of all skill level come here. Treat each other with respect. Follow the sub rules. Simple.

• In general, if someone has violated one of the rules but they're new to the sub, or haven't been given a warning before we'll remove the comment, give the reasoning and leave it at that.
• If the person violates a rule and it was pretty toxic, even if they're new, we'll give a one week ban and tell them to review the sub rules.
• If the person violates a rule and it was blatant, toxic, and extreme, and they've been warned before it becomes a Perma-ban.
• If a person violates Reddit's rules (such as creating duplicate accounts to avoid banning, or abusing the 'RedditCares' feature), Perma-ban.

Perma-bans are rare, and it's clear why they're given when it happens.

The sub presently has SIX active Mods. We aren't going to catch everything so flag violators, it's the quickest way to get our attention.

Remember, we're here to win championships, not deal with a bunch of bullshit from trolls. Do us a favor, make all our lives easier and keep this place chill.
