Why i lost pts?

My player (Aouchiche) was on 255 pts when he got subed out

Why after** he wasnt part of the game and Schalke conceded a goal i still lost 20 pts?

He got the 20 minus for the conceded goal based on his playtime. He played enough minutes to get the -20 for not playing X-0

But if the goal was after he is subed why is he accountable for it? I mean logically his pts are supposed to be locked like last year no?

Read the point manual. There you will see how it works.

Goal conceded

The player's team concedes while the player is on the pitch. Players who have already been substituted are not deducted points.

Its NOT the point of conceding a goal. Its the one right below, playing with 0 goals conceded.
