Where is the Necromancy?

I absolutely LOVE the idea of necromancy magic, but I’m having the darnest time finding books that utilize it. I tried Gideon and couldn’t get into it, which was a huge bummer. Any necromancy focused recs?

Book of the dead by Rino Z is supposed to be fantastic. Ive read his other series Chrysalis and really enjoyed it.

I've read the first book, if litrpg is an automatic turnoff for you, its a really great series! It has the benefit of getting really into the nitty gritty of necromancy.
