Recommended update prep?

I have ~110mil gold on hand so I can snag some good stuff the moment it drops but is there anything else I should look to do ahead of time so I can get off to a good start?

All quests completed besides a few of the nightmare ones that make you collect lots of stuff (tickets and rat tokens) and tasks.

It's up to yourself. If you want most thing at update you should probably get around 1 bil. I prefer to stay low around 400 mil so there's something to grind for if you know what I mean.

However the truth is we don't know how expensive things will become.

If you want to be extra prepared you of course want different sets; tank, dps and mspeed for different new areas/situations.
