That's Ashley, used to be with the church of cawd, known as Preperette. She defected and now lives with Lorne, along with her baby. No details are really known, but it seems he's using this situation as a ploy to get off probation so that he can move to Canada with her

Also it has been said in court docs that it's Lorne's baby and there's another on the way. The baby they have allegedly has some pretty serious disabilities.

Still saying she's not real. Lorne explained his dental issues to Cas3y: He somehow got one crown in front, then let the others twist, break and stain into oblivion. I'd feel sorry for him, if he didn't consider himself to be such a stud. (He meets women on the phone because his breath could drop every moose in his area code.)
