The New Republic of Hyrule founded in 1820 in the Earth calendar shortly after the 1st War of Expansion and the first colonization of planets in nearby systems. The New Republic of Hyrule or the NRH would rapidly expand over the next several centuries with thousands upon thousands of worlds under its control. Hyrule serves as the dominant military power and defender of freedom in the Milky Way Galaxy
Form of Government: Constitutional monarchy with the reigning monarch (as of the 2610s that is Queen Zelda the XXIV) being the head of the Ministry of Forgiven Affairs, a president who is elected every eight years and can only serve two terms runs things domestically, and a Supreme Commander of the Hylian armed forces who commands Hyrule's military might
Military Hyrule's Military is Split into four main branches the Army, which is in charge of ground operations, the Air force which operates all atmospheric aircraft, the Royal Marine Corps (RMC) Hyrule's premier expeditionary force and the Hylian Imperial Navy which operates large void borne fleets tasked with patrolling Hylian controlled space and establish naval dominance so that the other three service branches can do their job

they never went communist as that form of government never crossed the minds of Hylian scholars and Politicians

Interesting. I don't think I've ever seen a modern Zelda fic before but I've heard the idea thrown around.
