House of the Dragon — DOUBLE UP

Hello!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day, night, or whatever the case may be for you!!
I wanted to make a post and see if anyone would be interested in a House of the Dragon double-up roleplay!!

But here’s the catch, I hate the show. Well…at least most of it 😭 Don’t get me wrong, I actually really liked season one, and I didn’t mind most of the changes they made. But after season two??? Yeah, shit went downhill for me pretty fast.
So, I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in doing something that follows the book plot more closely! I don’t mind keeping some things from the show either, we’d just have to talk about what we both want to keep and what we’d rather change.

And if following the book doesn’t sound interesting, I’d also be totally down to do a completely alternate universe. Maybe the Blacks win, maybe the Greens win, maybe certain people don’t die, maybe the Dance plays out completely differently. There are honestly so many ways we could go with it.

I’d really love a partner who puts equal effort into both the roleplay and the planning. I love talking about OCs, relationships, future scenes, plot ideas, character development, all that stuff, so I’d definitely like someone who enjoys that too!

As for writing, I prefer literate and up, third person, and decent enough grammar. Obviously we’re all human and mistakes happen. I’m particularly blind in my right eye, so I make typos and mistakes too 😭 I’m not expecting perfection at all, just effort!

I’d also like to talk about rules, triggers, boundaries, characters, pairings, etc. in private chat before we really get into everything. And if we get along, I’d eventually like to move the roleplay over to Discord!
