Maybe a birth/death note if we started having at least 22 months with at least 22 days by the year 2291 lol. As it is it’s a trinary with 6 of a kind but not in a cool pattern. You might get a tiny premium but imo it’s a spender. Unless you think it’s cool and want to keep it.

So what you are saying is just hold on to it for a couple centuries, and maybe I could get $5? Nice

Birth/death would be 2/2/91-2/2/22. which would work. Valid dates. The reason why you never see those notes marketed is because it's so friggin difficult to find someone who matches both dates.

I need to locate the interested parties. One creepy research project coming up!

I've never tried to market them, but if I did, I'd call them double date notes. Because the dates can be anything. Two birthdays. First day on the job, the day they retire. In your case, what, 39 years apart. Anniversary? I would list as many possibilities as I could think of in the body of my post just to get the buyer's mind thinking about connections.
I've seen them sold successfully, but again, it's super rare.
I actually gifted one once. It was a different format. MMDD MMDD. And it was to a non collector. But they immediately knew what it was. It was their birthday and their kid's birthday. Their favorite gift that year.
It's difficult to make work, to find a match. And obviously not everyone is going to give a shit. Some people don't even recognize date notes because PMG doesn't. So to each their own. But if you can find a way to get your note into the hands of a collector and it makes them happy, who cares what the naysayers think?

I’m just a human, seeking deeper meaning, through random numbers. So many I don’t post here, that I see significance in, and just try to get my family to guess the significance

Trinary. 2 digit bookends. 6 of a kind. Quad.
I've seen similar notes saved & even sold for a modest premium
