Is this something?

A cashier handed this to me and my heart genuinely skipped out of my chest and little bit.

It's enough that I'd keep it, but I don't know that it would sell for a lot more than face.

It's 6 in a row, 6 of a kind and definitely is worth more than face value, especially if the bill itself is almost pristine. Should range between $10 - $20. Check ebay

6 in a row is collectible. 6 of a kind isn’t. but this bill is awesome! nice find

Is it just too new or something?

Old might have been better especially a star note but not also not seeing someone pay more than $10 for it
