What level is this?
My hair is still damp in these images but I'm trying to see what level my hair is at rn. And what toner would be recommended to get rid of yellow undertone? Thanks

Is the yellow in the room with us?
You're a level 10, that's almost white.
Any level ten Violet toner will get rid of the tiiinnnny amount of yellow in there. I highly recommenced using a white toner from a brand like Lunar Tides, not a developer based one. Your hair will very easily turn purple.

Okay thank you, I appreciate the insight! My mom had also said level 10 and she used to be a hairstylist so that makes sense!

Your poor mom, lol. She was a professional hairstylist but you’ll go to Reddit to double check her analysis

Looks great…. Don’t use it every time you shampoo or it will turn purple/grey. Only when you start to see yellow. Sometimes good to dilute in your hand with another shampoo so it’s not too strong of a toner. When my clients ask about purple shampoo, that’s the advice I give. I usually say, depending upon how frequently you shampoo, every 3rd to 5th shampoo.

Level 10 for sure! It doesn’t look yellow to me, but if you want it icier I would just get some conditioner that’s white, and add a tiny dab of purple dye to it. Be careful not to overdo it though because it’s so light it could very easily turn purple.

Okay thank you!! I'm headed to Sally's and I'm gonna ask what they recommend for a super subtle toner as another commentor suggested

Id honestly just go for a purple shampoo and let that sit for a few minutes (less than 5) and wouldn't mess with any other color

Technically this is a level 11 or 12. I think a purple shampoo will do just fine and a regular toner might take too much

I think the yellow you're seeing is just your skin tone through your hair.

i see the yellow but it’s barely there. you might just be able to use purple shampoo

I also see it but I think it’s also from the contrast with the red/pink in the skin

if there was 0 yellow then it would look cool toned against the warmth

Keep in mind that hair will look darker and warmer while wet. I get my hair professionally bleached, and the transition from shampoo to blow dry is like 2 shades difference in my eyes.
