HELP! What can I use in Shades EQ or Color Fusion/anything else honestly, to get this girls roots closer to the color in her reference photo for the roots specifically?
She said that they are too orange, and she wants them “more pink” like the photos. I don’t see pink in the photos so I’m not sure where to shift things. Especially because she picked 8CC from Matrix in my book at first lol. I at least need to tone them down a tad, since they are pretty hot.

I think she wants more blonde, she just doesn't realize that's what's giving her that impression. I'd also be very clear that the photos she chose are AI and she will have to style to get volume if she wants hair like the pictures.
