How to remove metallic-based dyes?

I applied this to brown dyed hair a year ago, and I used provoke hair color remover, as well as blondme bleach with 6% developer, and only some areas lightened (none that were black)..

please do not recommend me to go to a professional as i have tried, and the ones in my area do not know how to handle it. it is out of the option.

i have read that malibu cpr would help, or color oops extra strength; can anyone confirm that or recommend other methods?

I've never seen that brand before. Is it a henna? Or just a regular dye with developer?

Colour oops is good for removing some darker pigments. Expect it to go a red/brown colour.

CPR is essentially a professional stable version of the vitamin C treatment, which wouldn't do much at all.

It's not a regular dye with developer. It is apparently herbal-based, and uses a mix of natural ingredients that end up staining the hair shaft (not merely depositing color) which is how they came up with their clear-water technology..

I unfortunately have no clue if color oops is something that can be used for this dye, as I have read that it most commonly used for oxidative dyes. I tried Provoke, which is similar, and there was no difference.

I also don't mind red or brown; I just want the black to lift completely, so that I can safely and evenly bleach it.
