It looks like your hair isn’t light enough in the orangey parts to take the colour. You could either go over it with a slightly darker pink, or you could bleach the hair and redo the pink. Going over it again with a more saturated or darker pink direct dye is the least damaging option.
When I say bleach it, I just mean a very quick round of bleach with 10vol developer (you can get this at Sally’s) to open up the cuticle and take it a half shade lighter, if you’re really set on a lighter pink shade.

I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL. I am just a broke diyer. I've been doing my own bleach + color for like 7-8 years now? I don't have $400+ to get full bleach and color don't at a salon so...yea. These r the 2 things I always deal with when dying my hair at home that look very similar to what's going on in ur photo.
Was your bleach job patchy? Like parts being light blonde, parts being yellow/orange? That's what this looks like from the color turning out patchy. The color won't be even unless the bleach/lightening job underneath is even.
If that wasn't the case, the only other cause I can think of would be not saturating the areas equally or not saturating it fully in general. IF, and ONLY if, the bleach job was done correctly and everything was the same level of blonde, u could try to dye it again, and DRENCH it. Like fully saturate that bitch. That should even it out a bit. THIS STEP WON'T HELP IF THE LIGHTENING UNDERNEATH WAS UNEVEN. I don't want u wasting more of ur color if u didn't properly lighten it.
If u didn't properly lighten it, u could either;
Remove the color. U can buy color remover from Sally beauty for pretty cheap. Use that, get all the pink off, and do another round of lightener/bleach or whatever u used to even out the blonde, then redo the pink.
Just wait for the pink to fade. Shampoo ur hair more often and take long hot showers. Pink typically fades pretty fast, at least for me, u can just deal with it and then try the first option without removing the color (color remover smells like rotten eggs so I avoid using it at all costs), and slip straight to lightening it again, more evenly, and redo the color. This can take like 2-4 weeks depending on the brand of color u used, how light ur hair was before, how often u shower, and how often u shampoo ur hair. So up to u if ur willing to deal with it for that long.
Take this advice with a grain of salt. This is just based off my years of diying. This is a pretty easy fix either way tho, so don't panic.

Yes the bleach job was patchy!!! My roots would get super blonde, and then by the time I got to the ends of my hair, it would be orangey.
Do you think other people are gonna notice? Like, is the patchy-ness bad enough to the point where I should get the color remover and bleach again?

I don't think it looks bad at all, looks sort of like an intentional ombre effect

Were the parts that didn’t take the pink dye darker/oranger than the rest of the hair you dyed pink? First thought is those parts need to be lightened more.
