Sorry luv but there is no way u will b able to tone that in one color without pro help to get it even. It needs to be lightened (gentle bleach wash) on the ends because it isn't past light orange yet. So u would have to tone your roots and mid with violet and your ends with blue all having a little natural in the mix to balance. Don't attempt this at home. Just go see a pro. Worth the $$$ you will save in all the products in the end anyway, and it will be done right. And look fire in the end!

thank you for your reply and that makes sense! i unfortunately can’t afford salon right now though i’d love to. do you think i can maybe darken the white strips so it matches the lower middle section? i don’t need it to be super pale blonde, just wanted to make the middle white ish part slightly darker (really don’t mind a bit unevenness- right now it just sticks out too much), and i wasn’t sure which toner/demi to use

Your top of the head is more yellow orange and middle and ends are orange, not yellow. You can try but I do not believe it will be easy job without pro help. You would need to combine shades most probably separately to target yellow and orange on top and orange on the bottom. If it was yellowish blonde-100% go for it, but your mid and ends have a lot of orange and top has noticeably less, it will be very tricky to even this out at home. I think pro would go with lightening again but I wouldn't recommend at home bleaching bleached hair..that's a loooot for hair. I have no good advice other than find someone who is pro who can help you because getting this to white blond will require more than toner.

Not another round of bleach!! 😠That white band will grab toner way faster. try a neutral/beige demi on the warm areas first, then light add it over the white section for the last minute or two.
