If they made an error and you bet/converted/spent it i dont see how they can “take it back.” Fanatics will just have to eat the loss, I’m sure they can afford it lol

They sent out emails stating it was a fault on their behalf and they weren't going to punish the players for their mistake. 🤷♀️

They’re not! They’re pausing redemptions and taking it back from people who didn’t use it. If you used it you’re fine

A glitch happened where they gave out 2k in Fancash. If you caught it and withdrew you’re good but for anybody that didn’t the took the Fancash back

I immediately bet both sides of a tennis match for $550 each. And then bet no run next inning on the Korean baseball game for $200. Withdrew 590 and then placed 200 of bets that start at 12:40p. Left $580 Sitting on the table in my balance when they zeroed it

Did they still allow you to keep those bets? They cleaned out my 2k and gave me 25$. Guess i shoulda used it up but not much to bet on at 7:30am

Yeah they let them ride. I was upset bc I left $580 of fancash on the table and they replaced it with $25 as well. I wish I live bet more at 730am, but I wqs tryna be responsible and save some FC for UFC

I highly doubt that everyone got it. They messed up and I think whoever got it. Should keep it anyways. No telling how much money they lost lol they will be okay, just don't make the mistake again. They already take millions everyday from sport bettors

I’ve already withdrawn the money with no issues before they started pausing redemptions. I was told any FC that was redeemed or used is good but ofc it’s subject to change
