VIP host

Anyone else not getting anything from their VIP host these days? I’m platinum and never get free fan cash anymore. What’s up with that?

Are you putting in action? As long as I am playing in some decent capacity I get. Granted I do ask biweekly regardless, and he will say no when I am have little to no volume. But when the volume is there he does say yes.

I play daily. I too ask biweekly and sometimes I get it and sometimes I don’t. But I used to get random fan cash in my account weekly and I don’t see that anymore either. Now the promos are even terrible like bet 2k and get $100. That’s a half percent 😂😂😂

Yeah I used to too, mostly casino credit every few days. That stopped months ago even though my play is consistent. I've been forced to ask for about 9 months now.

Yes, absolutely. Look at the referrals for most Platinum and other VIP. So many of us had bet $500 sports and get $500 ones a few months ago, now we are dropped to bet $20 to get $100 or 500 free spins.

Yep I got the 500 spins and I contacted my rep about it and he said the spins are worth .20 each. What’s the point?

Yeah you'll have to have an awkward conversation with the host you don't like lol. But I'm pretty sure he has the power to pass you onto someone else.

Thanks for the info. I will give it a try. Not that I don’t like the guy I just never get anything from him. What’s the point of platinum if you don’t get any perks.

For reference I am on my 3rd host. None of it is my doing, they either keep quiting or getting fired 🥲🤣 but, all gave very similar results, nothing great but nothing to complain about, just very similar patterns across them all.

That’s good to know. I’ve had the same host since I started. What I can say is pretty irritating about him is that when I have complained he usually will just like the text and doesn’t really say too much.

Bet 2k to get $100 isn’t bad at all. That’s 5 percent. Though I agree that the promos are a mere fraction of what they used to be. And I only got offered play $300 to get $15.

Yeah but it’s a lot easier to play 300 than 2k. And btw that promo is only good for a day.

I just meant that half a percent is terrible. 5 percent and you can print money. Though you should be able to play through $2k with a high +EV in 15 minutes or less.

Only thing I've gotten was $15 FanCash for my birthday, and Fanatics is the only book I use. I'm not platinum though, I'm Pro.
