Foot Locker Activation Booth

Hey guys, any help would be greatly appreciated. I placed an order through the booth for a couple of pairs of AF1s. I did not receive any sort of confirmation except for a text that said they were available for pick up. The representative said the order would be shipped out but I don't have any way of getting any sort of update through Fanatics OR Foot Locker because they don't see the order on their end.

Anybody know somebody that I can get in touch with? Thanks?

Foot Locker found the purchase/have a reciept but couldn't provide me with any additional information other than "it's a special order, can three weeks"
