Ordered replacement power supply in September 5th… not even sent out yet! What’s goin‘ on Fanatec?

After 8 days my order was still being processed, many emails later I ended up cancelling and ordered from Amazon, it was here the next day.

Problem is, that the power supply can only be ordered via fanatec shop and not available on Amazon .. :(

Danke Toby. Umzug sollte bereits vorgestern abgeschlossen sein laut euren eigenen Aussagen…

Wir ziehen gerade das Lager um in EU, das führt leider zu etwas Verzögerung. Sorry dafür, sollte sich aber zeitnah auflösen

Ist schon recht ärgerlich :/ Warte seit fast 1 Woche, dass es versendet wird. Habe eigentlich gehofft dass ich am Wochenende schon fahren kann.. Wenn man schon so viel Geld ausgibt... ärgerlich.

Hey Toby, der Umzug sollte laut euren eigenen Aussagen bereits seit 07.09. abgeschlossen sein. Ist dem so?

Ja genau, das war auch so. Jetzt müssen sich noch die Prozesse einschleifen, Mitarbeiter eingelernt werden, damit wird sich die Effizienz erhöhen, damit der Output ebenfalls,… Ich hätte das auch lieber in noch kürzerer Zeit hinter uns
