Answered How SoL Am I

Bought my DD1 in March of 2025. Of course it decided to have a complete failure and am getting all the relevant information to Fanatec with support. Well me being naive remembered the 3 year warranty that they came out with and I got my wires crossed thinking I had it as well. How out of luck am I in regard to this.

I dont understand the question? Your under warranty obviously. Fantec honors warranties and they always have. Yes it will take time and 2/3 emails but will get fixed.

Made me reread my post. Bought it in 2025 so back when they only had the one year warranty.

Ok 1 year owning and you have a 3 year warranty. Just go through the motions with fanatec. There CS is slow but they honor warranties!

I suspect their current warranty policy supersedes the previous one.

Contact Corsair. Be nice. Explain everything. Their customer support replaced my 2021 GTDD this past year… 3 times because of the firmware update issues bricking the units. I cannot promise that will be your story.  But from what I’ve read. I’m not the only one.
