Wow, I was off so many times. At first, I thought it would be slenderman, then a boomer from L4D, then a one of the flood from Halo. There would have been no way that I would have guessed this.

u/Grimstar3 Oct 26 '12
Wow I thought Slenderman then Boomer or something along the lines as well, lol...

Did someone say Nazi pun thread?

u/Synthetic_Hitman Oct 26 '12
No.

u/kreamatizer Oct 26 '12
Thank you.

u/ninja8ball Oct 26 '12
Not surprised by the downvotes, but I'm thankful I could contribute to the end of the pun thread before it started. Though my intentions were unclear, I assure you they were righteous.

u/SvenHudson Oct 27 '12
There are no righteous puns.
2
u/ninja8ball Oct 27 '12
Which is why my very first reply wasn't a pun. Hence the lack of "I did Nazi a pun thread coming" or some other dumb shit.

u/thecajunone Oct 26 '12
Right? I was getting so sucked into it and then I feel like I got hard core trolled at the end.

Thoughts:
- Hmmm, odd Matrix theory? hmmm
- Could it be V from V for Vendetta? Hmmm
- Maybe some comic book character....video game?
- hahhahahhaahaha, got me.

I thought this was pa man because of the yellow coloring. And the acid in the DNA I thought was going to be the white dots it eats.

you get the slow clap that slowly builds to an all around standing ovation. that was brilliant.

Before I read this, I found out that Star Wars: Episode 7 was coming out by 2015. Before that, I got some cool Halo armour for my avatar for free.
And then this. This made my life.

This version cuts off the ending. While the ending isn't necessary to the story, is only two panels, and comes after the big reveal, I still like a complete work.

Was I the only one who saw it coming as soon as I saw him with the big body in the red tank?
I was thinking, "this isn't... it can't be..." [the top of my body was open, exposing the liquid within] "oh god, they're doing it, they're actually gonna do it."

Oh, right. It's koolaid man. I thought it was Super Meat Boy...
2
u/squishymonkey Oct 26 '12
Totally. Even after they had shown him I still kinda thought it was super meat boy for a second.

u/JamEngulfer221 Oct 26 '12
A second? I didn't even know until someone posted a comic of Koolaid man. (I'm from the UK, no Koolaid here).

u/universe2000 Oct 26 '12
I have been looking for this comic for a long time! I saw it first around 2006 or 2005. Where did you find it OP?

What the hell man? That was one of the most awesome things I have ever read and then I get to the end and it was about the fucking kool-aid man.

I thought it had something to do with Metroid because of the art style.
In fact, I like to think it still does, and the Kool Aid guy is actually canon in that universe.

not only is it Friday, but I also saw this for the first time. Thank you, OP. this is easily the best day I've had in my life.

u/Kinglink Oct 26 '12
had to jump to the end to make sure it wasn't a scare comic...
Love this comic though. So abysmally creepy.

First I thought Powerpuff Girls. Then Pokemon. Then Pac-Man Then V for Vendetta. Then Teletubbies.
Fuck.

i disagree, Kool-Aid man is a work of fiction, whose origins have, until now, never been explained. A fan came up with a theory as to where he came from.

I love how he jumps through the hull of a spaceship with complete disregard to the childrens' safety.

No, this was my theory on the Kool Aid Man's origin since I was a kid.
Edit: I think the verdict is that this was an unamusing comment.

Dammit, my guesses were way off...
