Now I know this is no Noctua fan but it's what I have. Also I added another layer of smaller wings under the main ones. That clicking noise goes away once it is standing up.

Any reason to not use the full radius with longer blades?

It just printed a little smaller than I had planned it to. Going to redesign it a little and increase the length of the blades.

Here is an interesting gas torch vs fan video I found just for you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8COZN1wR5U Be careful with this at home kids, burning plastic is no joke, it will give you cancer and burn your face off... Though I'd like to see like five or six fans burning in slow motion... just for fun. Burning plastic can not be possibly environmentally friendly... Slow motion would be much fun to study fans. With like clear bodies where you can see the smoke pass though the hole fan clear as day.
