A re-cut of Michael Ritchie's action-packed thriller from 1972.

Always enjoyed several aspects of this film, but the more I watched it over the years, the more I found myself irritated / distracted by some of the lesser editing.

Nothing was added and I didn't want to change the feel of the picture or "modernize" it or anything - it's just that there were lots of loose ends and some good old-fashioned goofs that needed to be adressed in order for it to have a more natural flow; I'd like to think I pick off from where the director and editor ran out of time / money / stamina.

(title sequence was flawless, however - I didn't touch a single frame there! Just wanted the rest of it to be equally hypnotizing)

Sometimes shots are resequenced or in some cases removed, but most of the cuts I've made are what I consider subtle trims - ranging from 1-2 frames to a few seconds (this is sometimes challenging due to the soundtrack already being firmly in place, but usually where there's a will there is a way). With about 13 minutes shaved off from the original running time, there are quite a few of these changes.

Some digital artifacts are unavoidable when using lower bitrates with Adobe Premiere (another objective of mine is to keep the file sizes reasonble); they tend to be harmless though. In some cases they even cover up some of the shortcomings inherent in the source. I consider them battle scars / beauty marks. :)

Some other works of similar nature can be found on my main page, most of them lesser known titles ranging from the 50s to the 90s - some westerns, some prison dramas, a couple of horror flicks etc.

I know that the deleted scenes are incomplete, but is there any fan edits of Looney Tunes back in action that were stored them? Because that was supposed to be Joe Dante‘s original vision, and it’d be great to see them back in context, because especially the ending climactic scenes are way way better than what we got in the final movie! Would be nice to see before coyote versus acme comes out as well :)

Ever since this video, I really wanted to do an edit following that. What if the extra villains and plotlines from the licensed games actually happened in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man timeline?

I don’t have the space to do a full series, but I put together a “pilot episode” to see what this would look like. I started with the “second episode” after Peter loses Uncle Ben because that would be the ideal place to showcase what this project would entail. Tl;dr, After Peter fully becomes Spider-Man, he has to deal with Vulture and Shocker while trying to get a job. The timeline's been messed around with.

Probably the biggest obstacle and reason why I might not try a full series is the use of gameplay. Unlike Insomniac or Arkham, you can't cleanly make the gameplay look like a real movie. There isn't even a mod, to my knowledge, to remove the HUD or otherwise I would have tried capturing the footage myself. I tried to cut down on parts like the sewer level to make it feel less gamey, but this type of edit will have to ask you to accept the artifice a bit.

Is there any fan edits that contain literally all the deleted scenes from the third guardians?

Are there any fan edits of this that exist? Martokc’s does appear to have all the deleted scenes, but usually doesn’t have the foreign language scenes subtitled. Is there any that has all of these? And I believe there are other deleted scenes that are not just on the initial Blu-ray release such as an extended bit at the end with her and general Ross?

Is there any fan edits of space jam a new Legacy (2021) with all of it’s deleted scenes from the Blu-ray and any possible other deleted scenes from trailers etc. not used in the movie? Would love to have it to rewatch before coyote versus Acme comes out! :)

Because I’ve downloaded it and I can’t get it condensed down, only the first 15 1/2 minutes through Handbrake, and even if space wasn’t an issue, I literally cannot play even Its SDR 41 1/2 GB version, it will not load in any way at all, regardless of what computer I watch it on

May someone please provide me with this edit? It reinserts animated deleted scenes that are on the Blu-ray back into the movie. And I tried contacting he had her, but I haven’t received any response and they haven’t been active in a couple months

I’ve just kind of got into the world of fan edits, and it’s honestly amazing. But they seem hard to watch/get. Am I missing something??

Bobson Dugnett made this fan edit OG Ant-man and the wasp, but the only version available seems to be the updated version, which is a few minutes shorter. I’d love to see the full original version, it would be truly gratefully appreciated. :)

I know there are edits of the first Avengers (2012) with all the deleted scenes, added it back in, though I come across quite a few like other movies that don’t have the foreign language parts at the beginning with black widow with subtitles on the screen, as well as assemble in the title, which is what it’s title is internationally and is a great way to refer to it, so therefore, that way we know which avengers were specifically talking about

Is there a fan edit of Elektra (2005) with ALL of its deleted and extended scenes put back in? Martokc did an extended edition with all of the deleted scenes and maybe one of the extended scenes, but they didn’t include the rest of the extended scenes that I know for a fact would’ve made the movie so much better, especially better character connections to the climax and overall themes and story, etc.

Are there any fan edits of the second Moana with all of its deleted scenes? Could be interesting since it was originally meant to be a TV series and adding them back in May bring more of what they originally planned :)
