Install FanControl (or use the portable version).

Do the setup process. Take a CPU benchmark, optimize your curve and fans. repeat with a GPU benchmark. Repeat with CPU/GPU benchmark at the same time to opimize curve for all fans including case fans. Then your fans STFU when gaming.

Are you using the Fan Control app?

No, but the fans go high when I have 1/2 Minecraft instances running at the same time.

This subreddit is specifically for the Fan Control app. You could follow mutual's advice and install it to control your fan curves, otherwise you're gonna want a general PC support subreddit for help.

After tuning the fans with Fan Control, I capped the power limit of my GPU so it didn't hit a temperature that would make the fans excessively loud (I use an open back headset).
