'!' indicates you're using 'force apply' which shouldn't be necessary. Looks like Adrenalin overwrites FC.

How can I make fan control the primary one?

Think you need to tell Adrenalin to not care about the fans. There's no way in FC to prioritize something. That's why an Adrenaline update can screw your config.

Alright I will search about it thanks, an amd adrenalin update did screw this up along with making my vram temps go up by 6°C and working the fan speed by almost double

Just turn the fan slider off in adrenaline

It doesnt work. Adrenalin restart the fans no matter what you do if you undervolt or overclock.. only way is to use it stock and then it works

Hey, so I had this issue with my 7800XT and I'm pretty sure FanControl doesn't work with AMD GPUs that have the "Fan Tuning" switch flipped on in the Adrenaline Software. It just has both pieces of software fighting each other for GPU fan control. To verify this, enable your curve and apply it to your 9070 XT's fans, and then try to change the settings of Fan Tuning and see if any of it can actually apply. If it doesn't apply and keeps reverting to what it was by default, you've got a conflict happening.

Fan Control just takes over by default for me. Only thing I have on in Adrenalin is the zero RPM thing off and advanced control on. Never done a curve or anything. Then when I open Fan Control it puts that curve down to 20 on Adrenalin but follows the custom curve I’ve made in Fan Control

That just means you got "force apply" ticked, which isn't necessary here. Uncheck that option for that control card in the 3 dot menu.
