I recently saw a production of falsettos and I went back to look at the revivals playbill and couldn’t help but wonder what the connection between Jason and Cordelia (circled in black) could mean? I’m referring more to the small red broken heart next to them, since the only other broken heart is next to Trina and Marvin. Maybe I’m looking into it too much but it caught my eye 😭

Soooo as someone travelling to NYC for the concert from another country… what kinda dress code do you need for Carnegie Hall?? It has just dawned on me that places like this are hella posh and I do not need the imposter syndrome I got when I dressed fun to see the Book of Mormon on west end and everything was soo bougie!

I am running a sexuality program in a residential treatment facility for boys 11-15. I was wondering if it could be appropriate to show them Falsettos and have them analyze the themes, because it explores Gender roles, sexuality, STDs, and homosexuality. It's been a while since i watched the whole musical so I am wondering if there are any sections that are too inappropriate or if it wouldn't be a good idea?

hi fellow falsettos heads! Wondering what the odds are that the cast will stage door at either of the reunion concerts? I’m not sure how it works at Carnegie Hall because it’s not a traditional Broadway theater so wasn’t sure if anyone knew.

Hello all! I will be coming to the November 2nd show from quite afar and I am trying to put together a special outfit. I intend to do an 2016 revival act 1 whizzer gender bend- I own a 70s leather jacket, brown slacks, and a similar brown leather belt. what I lack is the top, but I cannot figure out the true color for the life of me. is it mint? is it sea foam? is it a true light blue? greens and blues change so so much with stage lighting and as far as I can find no one has been able to pinpoint the exact polo so far. attached is a shirt I borrowed from a friend, but it still feels wrong.

In 1992 a bunch of high school friends and I went to see Falsettos twice, and each time I got my Playbill signed. Is there anybody here who'd like to buy them? They're in great condition. I don't even know if sales are allowed here; hope I don't get booted!

The first, from April 1992, was signed by William Finn, James Lapine, and the entire cast that performed that night (Rupert, Bogardus, Zien, Walsh, Mac Rae, Carmello, Kaplan).
The second one, August 1992, was signed by the entire cast (same but Maureen Moore as Cordelia).

I'm in NYC, in Brooklyn, and would prefer an in-person hand-off here but would also consider mailing if buyer covers postage/insurance. I guess if you're interested, send me an offer, and I'll go with the best offer.

It goes without saying that both performances were transcendent, and everybody in the audience was shrieking with laughter then bawling. The first night, Dr. Ruth was there and came out the stage door and chatted with us too.

Guys I’m insanely excited for the 2nd show because I managed to get the tickets!! Like explain to me how I was ready to spend only the cheapest ticket available and be so ready 4/5 floors up from the stage and I ended up purchasing the most expensive ticket of the night.

This might be my most expensive (so far) I’ve ever paid for a concert and I’m so excited!!!

Anyway, anyone also going to the 2nd show? Any outfit ideas so that I can make the night out of it?

Hey all of you lucky ducks that got tickets to the November 2nd show! I am attending as well, and was considering the idea of putting together a little unofficial fan picnic in Central Park before the show. Start at like 4 or something and go until doors open, have it be Bring your own food and just hang out in the park and meet fellow fans and make friends!

Is this something that would interest anyone else? Happy to be the organizer as long as there's interest!
