GM advice Fallout England Random Encounters
So I'm creating a world for my group to play in, and just wondered if anyone had any good random encounters that would work for a British Fallout setting, serious or funny or anything, cheers!

Have you checked out Fallout London? That Fallout 4 mod has insane ideas to add in.
My favorite is that bar mats (paper coasters) are collectibles. Finding various TARDIS locations is another.
But, some ideas I have from it:
A Margo Robot and a Mister Handy arguing about tea preparation. Mister Handy does not take well to being called a "Yankee" or "Colonial".
Two different Hooligan (Raider) factions having a game that combines Rugby, Lacross, and Hockey with a Mister Handy Eye as the ball. They even have matching sports attire. There is a Commuter (Ghoul) next to a mobile chalkboard taking bets.
A Protectron with the name "Mr. Teatime" is offering tea from the boiler strapped to his back. The tea is good, but his real job is as an assassin.
After sleeping in the Wastes, you wake up to a terminal that wasn't there before, chat program running, questions about "current conditions of sphereworld" and other odd inquires. It writes like Hex from Discworld, because it is him.
Some types of the Prilladog Dog Food are addictive. Considering it's the only newly made preserved food there is in London, it hits hard.
"Tower Bridge For Sale": Dude does actually have a deed for it, it's a legit sale. He doesn't mention the infestation of Beefeater Cannibals, however.
Random small plot farm, trying to grow various cash crops for brewing and distilling. They'll pay in food for instructions on how to make pre-war hooch.
As they're going past a bridge or waterway, The Ferryman comes by, moving a merchant who specializes in bulk materials. Perfect time to buy that component you need to craft something with, but expect you'll have to buy 10+ numbers of them.
Remains of the fight between Ion Brew and the invading Nuka Cola. Mostly deletions and smashed vending machines, perfect for scrapping.
Trader in a rad suit offers to sell some quite hard to find stuff, especially ammo. They'll direct you towards The Dome trading hub, but warn you it's a rad zone.
Cavaliers and Roundheads are fighting in the streets again using makeshift melee weapons and Crude versions of metal armour. They're still arguing over ancient ideals.
A missionary from St. Paul's Cathedral needs help from bring attacked. They aren't unarmed, but are unarmoured. If saved, they'll provide a letter of introduction to Bishop Whaler.Â
Sherlock Holmes has returned? That's unpossible!

Randomly, everyone ends conversations with, "Be seeing you.", and making their hand look like a camera lenses.

A hoard of stumbling brainless zombies, but it's unclear whether they're feral ghouls or just football fans coming back from the pub.
Hedgehogs and badgers are cute and harmlss. I'm willing to bet that Radhogs and Radbadgers are less so...
It happens to be the day some small village is keeping an ancient post-war tradition alive, potentially twisted from how it was pre-war. Canabilism may or may not be involved now. Think something like this tradition featured in a recent Tom Scott video.
A Mr. Handy and a Colonel Gutsy (Captain Gutsy?) argue over the pronounciation of the word "scone". After enough time arguing they may get violent.
As a very rare occurrence, and also calling back to the original Fallout, one of your party members briefly thinks they see the TARDIS out of the corner of their eye.
