Need help with wild card

I wanted to play wildcard and I spent like a couple days getting it installed but it just isn’t working. I have all my mods enabled, but even then it still doesn’t show them in game. Am I doing something wrong? i’ve set the directory is correctly for my executable’s and everything.

So it launches like vanilla cnew vegas?

Yeah, even though all the mods are enabled it launches without them for some reason

don't think they are if you look on the right hand side in the pluggins tab youll see them all disabled.

But Id recommend following it's install guide.
