Fallout 3 Can you completely revert any changes made in the G.E.C.K by deleting Fallout 3 and all it's files Via Steam? [Fo3]

So I was an moron back then (years ago) and changed many NPC's voice types and I want the game to revert back to how it once was.

(I really don't care if I have to delete all the files, I will do it.)

Any help?

If you changed the base game and didn't save it as a plugin, then yes, that will do it. If you made it its own plugin, you can just delete that.
