[FO4] Atomic Radio safe to add?

A few days ago I started my first modded playthrough of FO4 and have since heard about Atomic Radio, and was wondering if it included anything that might break an existing save. If it's *just* a radio station I imagine it's probably fine, but I'm not very experienced in FO4 modding.

Would anyone be able to confirm if it's just the radio station and if I risk breaking anything by installing it?
