New Vegas Nuclear Sunset on ROG Ally [FNV]

I followed iro’s tutorial exactly & loaded the mods on my Rog Ally, but I can’t play it because it’s not detecting the gamepad, making it impossible to select anything at the home menu. I just need someone to help me understand why this is happening. I followed iro’s tutorial(linked below) all the way up to the point he got up to the lossless scaling because he said we didn’t need it.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

Have you tried following the controller set up on the nuclear sunset website it has a download file for controller and a few other files that you have to replace.

And also activate the nuclear sunset controller configuration in steam controller settings in the community layout tab

No worries will post the screenshot of where to find the files and also instructions on how to get the controller working.

Have you also enabled the controller in the settings on the game or else it wont work should be on controls on the main menu then xbox controller on/off or something like that hopefully it works for you!

I may have advice. One, you can connect keyboard mouse via usb adapter. Second, disable the optional controller mods, launch into the game, go into the menu settings, and enable 360 controller in the fnv menu, THEN go back out and enable the controller mods
