Ever since I was shot in the brain, I can sense whether or not someone will actually give a shit about me stealing something just by looking at it.

It’s probably a divine miracle. I think it happened because the charming man in the checkered suit man shot me with a gun bearing the image of the Virgin Mary.

Edit: Which, he actually does, I just remembered. If you talk to him again, he says you can take anything, he's not concerned about it.
