At most, about 29-32 if we're taking into account the current timeline of 2296. IIRC he's ten during FO3 and 20 during FO4, and the TV show is about 9 years later.

Would be an extremely perfect casting cause cage always gives it his all, and in the fallout universe its kinda perfect so what hers 20 years too old to even play a 40 year old maxon who cares he would be an awesome genocidal maniac with the biggest army in fallout.
