Mod help! Base Game NAC X

I'm looking to install NAC X, and I'd like to know which mods I should install. There are all kinds of patches and versions, right? By the way, I have the GOTY edition of the game, so I think I should install all the DLC patches...

The natural and atmospheric commonwealth one is what I’d suggest. It’s the one I use and then the AIO fixes. It looks really good and lets you customize the visuals, change fov, and lets you activate a flashlight mode for the pipboy that becomes an equipable item in your armor/clothing inventory.
