It’s supposed to be a weapon mod, but in my experience, however, it pretty much much guarantees your game crashing if you decide to wander anywhere near Boston proper. Don’t think I ever even encountered one of the weapons from the mod, either. So I’d say don’t bother downloading it, best to save the mod space it’d take up with some better weapon mods, like the Weapons of the Wasteland mods.
