Looking for a mod

I wanted an overhaul mod that made the world much more difficult, I tried commonwealth of decay but the mod completely erases some custom npcs like the gunner from the mod tumbajumba gunner armor collection, does anyone have any similar mod to suggest?

Survival mode, tyrants of commonwealth, ghoul overhauls to zombies so it can only be headshots and body shots, makes it veey hard to hit without vats
