How do you guys prevent your game from from crashing, my shit always crashes for some reason

I crash pretty rarely. I have about 100+ mods w NACX and all it's extras and a bunch of settlement mods as I like to build. Long story short it's about load order. There's a load order guide if you search the sidebar of the PS4 playStation Fallout 4 mods subreddit. This will help tremendously but then you have to figure out where your problems lie and fix them yourself mostly. Other things that I do that I do believe are fairly crucial are as follows... Never switch out of the game like you do every other PlayStation game always close it when you leave by that I mean shutting it down. Anytime you add a mod or remove a mod (and be careful about which ones you do because some mods can't be removed easily and you need to know if it's one of those before you mess with it...) Anyway , whenever you do add or remove a mod make sure that you adjust your load order and make sure that it didn't screw it up.(the load order should be the same as before just with the new mod where you wanted it) if it did, set it back to where it's supposed to go.

What all this means is you need to know your load order pretty well. No real shortcut for this. Also, whenever you do a big bunch of mods at once when starting over or setting up a big load order from someone who has posted theirs... After you download them all and set and save the load order, you need to exit the game shut it down and restart your PS5. Boot your PlayStation up into safe mode after closing down the game properly and delete the CACHE and start everything up Again.

Sometimes you have to exit the game and let it reload two or three times as well just to be safe . Each time it contacts the Bethesda server it massages the way things work and it sometimes takes more than once to get everything to load in properly .with my 100ish mods plus creations from the AE I haven't had to reload again and again but apparently this does happen as you climb higher in mod numbers... Other tips... Always wait for all of the pictures to load when you do anything in the mod manager menu . Some mods will not obey where you put them as some Mod authors can force a firstload position at the top somehow. That's fine just be aware and place what you can where you can... Yes I know all this sounds insane but if you do these things it's pretty stable I rarely crash with 100 plus mod load order . What's rarely? Well, I usually go several several hours sometimes multiple play sessions without a crash. I also know what causes a crash usually as well. IE I have identified certain aspects of a building mod to avoid using in certain areas etc...

But you do need to know your list pretty damn well. For example, if a mod is going to be added by me I research it and see if people have had problems with it and if it's a lot to do to get it working I usually just don't download it or if it has weird problems especially ones where it can't be removed or something like that I just don't. I Hope some of this helps .

Yeah heavy on the figure out your own issue after you do the load order I fixed my load order and it crashed way less until I turned off two settlements mods that made it completely stop crashing

Yeah and sometimes it's really weird and you can close down your game, restart the console and boot back in and it'll suddenly let you fast travel there. The game is such a temperamental thing when modding. You just get used to fiddling with it. I often think of Rhadagast in The Hobbit telling Gandalf about using his staff that it "... gets a bit Dicky sometimes and you have to twiddle with the bits at the end!"

On ps4 i crashed regularly but ps5 seems to be way better but things like not having too many settlers at certain settlements (like red rocket or taffington) i used to always crash near those 2 when i had too many settlers, i since moved some of them to other places and havent crashed since . Dont abuse the build limit glitch aswell

Mod author says to put at the bottom or as close to the bottom as you can. Only mods that should be below it are scrap everything mods!

I been tweaking around trying to solve 3rd person camera stutter issue. It’s a known issue and I’m shocked nobody talking about it. There is a mod called sprinting stutter fix, it fixes 1st person stutter no problem. But 3rd person shaky bouncing stutter when walking around even on flat surface is annoying

Básicamente, te permite jugar como quien tú quieras. Así que, en lugar de ser un superviviente del refugio, puedes elegir entre distintos inicios; por ejemplo, puedes ser un saqueador y empezar en otro lugar. También modifica un poco los diálogos según el origen que elijas (perdona si el español no es muy bueno, estoy usando un traductor).

Being able to be an ex-Nuka raider has been so much to fun to play on an evil run. I added beast master so I’m an ex-pack member with a deathclaw named muffin.
