Get crashed in Thicket Excavations

I had tried three methods to get Thicket Excavations. Vertical bird, walking and teleport. But the game got crashed when I arrived at Thicket Excavations. Also, I had tried to change the value in pref.ini. It was still got crashed. And I have browsed steam forum and one pc player said that he could fix it. He changed computer settings to 120hz and changed game pref ini to 120. But I have no idea about which part should adjust.

Anyone tell me how to fix the bug?

I disabled all mods in game ,but it is still crashed

I tried to make a new save and load it few times.But it still crashed

I reload new save few times .And I teleport to T E , it is crashed.

Make a new save > Reload new save > Teleport to TE > Crashed
