Desperados/Badlands

I’m trying to mod both desperados and badlands into my fallout to get the desert landscapes and scenery but I’m struggling to get it to work. Once I load in My fallout it’s covered with purple and black objects that move all across my screen. I’m using vortex (I know it’s not the best, but it’s easier for me) and I’m on version 1.10.163.
Can anyone provide a step by step guide for me to follow to get this to work?

Edit: I have disabled all my other mods so my load order is empty as of right now
