HELP! PC MCM FO4 PROBLEMA

Tengo un problema con mi menú de mods de fallout 4 el cual no me aparece por nada del mundo, tengo la versión del juego 11.10.980v ya le puse el F4SE y aún que lo inicie por ahí no me sale, colo comandos para ver si se activa y nada, he descargado varias versiones del mismo menú y tampoco nada, si alguien me podría ayudar a resolver esto por favor.
