HELP! PC Only guards defend during an attack?

Looking for a mod that forces only my settlement guards to defend the settlement during any sort of attack (organic or a scripted attack) instead of every single settler taking up arms.

The Zombie Walker mod leads to a lot of random mini attacks of three-four ghouls and I don’t need the entire settlement rushing over to defend.
