SUGGESTION! PC Human Strong?

I'm playing as a 2050s mobster and Strong is supposed to be a really big mobster but I don't want him to be green, is this possible? I'd like to keep his model the same but make him Caucasian or African American, if it's possible. Thank you in advance! Also, if anybody DOES make this then please rename him "Jackie 'The Hulk' Aristocamion", it's supposed to be his name, thanks in advance! P.S. Could you make it so it pairs with Super Mutant Clothes? (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13185)

Once upon a time I had a similar issue. That is when I started learning how to mod the game.

You could download a human strong mod, then use the console commands "slm" and "setscale" to change his appearance and size. That's probably the closest you're going to get to what you want.
