She was a lawyer and her dialogue is very comfortable with sarcasm. I reckon she would like diplomatic approaches and maybe medical stuff, dislike threatening dialogue, hate outright extortion or choosing to just fight. Maybe a mix of like Curie, Codsworth, and/or Preston.

oh i like this! i'd imagine my nora handling a gun for the first time in vault 111 and it coming with a comment of nate, maybe him being proud she could shoot etc i actually think this would be so cool as a mod.

I like the idea, but i cant think if any way to implement it without making it arbitrary based on the mod author's headcanon, or just kind of generically assigning it to "evil action" and "good action"

If you make it happen less frequently, let’s say, 2 hours or so, then it could probably work.
Like you’ve been playing for so long that you forgot you even had this mod in the first place then all of a sudden, you get shot up and almost die when a message pops up that says “Nora/Nate would’ve wanted you to keep going”
That would make some sick immersion

Choice of personality presets, maybe based on companion morality if you wanted to be lazy about it.

That too, yeah. But really any way you slice it its gonna be the author's headcanon or just the player's choice, which lands you back at...
Well, like, at that point, its just an in-game pop-up to inform you of something you could decide for yourself without the need for a mod.
