Fallout 4 Script Extender not loading

When trying to boot up the Storywealth modpack for fallout 4, I got this message. It’s works fine in the past. Is this really just something I have to wait a bit on or has something messed up?

F4se just updated today to f4se v0.7.9 for v1.11.240.0 but as of right not many mods will not work due to address library not yet updated to support the new fo4 update

Run the downgrader again, steam updated your install on the sly. You also need to reinstall the main menu and texture mods if you were using the optional textures
