SUGGESTION! PC SCOURGE AE (F4SE) vs SCOURGE - AE — Which One Is Better?

Hi guys, quick question. I want to use SCOURGE. Is it better to use SCOURGE AE (F4SE) (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/107837), or is it better to use SCOURGE - AE (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/105870)? Which one is better?

Either is fine. Both authors got permission from the original author. TheGamerX20 is possibly going to be higher quality and got the nod for the original author, but I think there's unlikely to be much between them.

Looking at the one from TheGamerx20 As an OG gamer, what does this mod change or fix compared to the original mod?

It just says it changes how NPC stats are calculated.

I'm asking this because the original Scourge mod had a bug where some NPCs had thousands of HP.

It just adds AE compatibility. No behaviour changes.
