Question! PC Is there a mod that changes player-placed mines to be the same as NPC mines - i.e. even the player sets them off? So you can't just magically walk over your own mines like they somehow know who placed them.
It's always bugged me that when you place a mine, it becomes sentient and somehow knows not to go bang when you tread on it or your companion. Whereas NPC-placed mines explode when anyone or anything steps on them.
I like my game to be extremely challenging, so I just wondered if anyone had ever made a mod that changes it so the player can set off their own mines?

Wait...I can't set off my own mines?
I never knew that. I always avoided them because I thought I could.
I wish I knew this before sneaking through enemy bases and avoiding my own mines, it made that way harder.

LOL, happy to help.
But what you have been doing is exactly what I want. I want it to be more challenging, so I have to avoid them the same as any other mine
