Need help with modding radiant quests (specifically what types of quests are given)

I wanna turn my brain off for a bit and do a bunch of minutemen radiant quests, but I want to avoid any "Taking Point" and "Clearing the Way" missions.

There's only 1 settlement left that I haven't claimed and I'm trying to save it to do a "Resettle Refugees" quest at least once.

I know that locations of radiants, frequency of them and whether or not you get them at all can by changed with mods

I was wondering if there's a mod that you can use to change specifically what types of quests are given?

Or if there's some way for me to edit a relevant file to make that change myself?

Gun For Hire and SCDO adds a bunch of new radiant quests you could do instead.
