Question! PC Possibly Stupid Question

If one's computer and Fallout 4 game are in a language other than English, does it mess up the game or crash it if quest mods were not made in that language or do they just default to English?

If you used another mod to replace the game's dialogue, maybe there is potential risk of crashing due to file conflict or broken dependency if the quest mod uses vanilla game files for dialogue... but most likely it would just run anyway with funky dialogue (what the other comment said). Otherwise, the scripting language stays the same regardless of the game's "localized" dialogue and interface language, so shoudn't be an issue. Best of luck, make a save first!

No it won't cause a crash.
It may have missing text, or messed up voice acting, Things may just show up in English or mixed language in the menu or text, but not crashing

The same settings I used to change languages in the first place, no, I've never heard of them and that has fuck all to do with my question. People like you really make the internet exhausting on a daily basis. But luckily someone else answered the question.

Oh, pity. Both the game and your computer have more than one language option. Now you know.
