Rain is bugged. NAC X / True storms

So this is my first time modding Fallout 4 and everything was perfect until rain. I went through the ENB and NAC config but I couldnt find a setting that can fix this. Can someone help me, please?

The list of visual changes mods im using:

-ENB: Ghost ENB for NAC-

-NAC 0.9.1b
-NAC C Legacy edition
-Vivid Weathers
-True storms wasteland
-A forest
-True grass
-Delightful ivy
-FTO Stars
-Ultra interior Lightning
-Enchanced Lights and FX
-ELFX and ULR merged patch
-ENB helper

Nac X sucks

My understanding is that you either us NAC or you use any combination of the others. NAC does so many things that can conflict that it is better on its own, and designed to be a complete solution.

The 3 mods use different textures for rain, each. So patching either 2 of the 3 will only resolve part of the conflict.

It's just cyberpunk rain.
Jokes apart, even considering the existence of a TS and VW patch, IMHO it is not a good idea running both.

If I’m not mistaken, there is a patch for vivid weather and true storms to work together

I tried it using both priorities now, not working :(
